How to Start a Practice Group

Thank you for your interest in the Quantum Savvy programme and playing a greater role in helping more students achieve success with their horses.

Right now the QS Student Support Team is busy helping students all over the world to get in touch with others in their local area to form their very own QS Practise Group and we need help to ensure their ongoing success.  Each group needs a Group Organiser to help coordinate events and to help provide easy access for students to the QS Programme.  If you would like to play a greater role and help bring regular support and encouragement to horse owners in your area, you may like to consider hosting a Practise Group and becoming a Group Organiser.  Hosting Practise Groups is easy as for every Group that registers with Quantum Savvy, we send out a Group Organiser Pack that contains everything you need to run easy and fun events.   It only takes 3 people to form a Group (we recommend groups of 3 - 12 people as the ideal size), so you and a couple of friends, or maybe some new friends, can get together and receive all the benefits that only a group can bring.  

For those of you with Professional goals, we recommend you begin first as a Group Organiser for your area. This will give you the chance to further your knowledge of the QS programme, work more closely with the QS Team, gain experience in organizing events without the commitment or responsibility that comes with being a Professional and get to know the people in your area.   This will give you the chance to discover firsthand if a career with people and horses is what you truly desire.

Starting your group is easy!

We'll be on hand to offer advice and support for your group, right from the word "Go!" 

Official recognition of your group will provide the following benefits:

• A Supervising Agent to provide assistance and support when needed. 
• Regular contact and support from your Supervising Agent. 
• Twice yearly (minimum) visits from your Agent plus Agent organized events. 
• Provision of regular newsletters and other written material for your events.
• Insurance cover for 1 year.
• A basic checklist to help make running events even easier. 
• Regular updates with suggestions and ideas for fun and successful events.
• PLUSa Practise Group Kit!  This consists of 6 fabulous QS posters to put up in your area, Demo DVDs from the most recent 3 years, indemnity forms (please photo copy for future use) AND..a 100 Things To Do With Your Horse Pack for Level 1 to give you lots of ideas to choose from at play-days. Level 2 and Level 3 Packs are also available for Practise Groups for the special group price of #12.50. 

To register your Practice Group and Group Organiser and receive your Practice Group kit, please fill in and return the Practice Group Agreement (see below) along with $55 (GST Inc.) registration fee to:
