WHO IS A QUANTUM SAVVY PROFESSIONAL?

A Quantum Savvy Professional, first and foremost, is someone who has a burning desire to help others.  Whether that be through Instructing, the training of horses in Foundation Training, Colt Starting, Young Horses, Difficult Horses or as an Agency.

They are:

CODE OF CONDUCT

A Quantum Savvy Professional is always expected to adhere to the above standards.  Not doing so will result in swift termination of involvement with the QS programme.

BEFORE YOU APPLY                     

Firstly, we ask you to look closely and honestly as to why you wish to have a career as a Quantum Savvy Professional.  Far from wanting to put you off, we want to make sure you are in it for the right reasons.  Being responsible for others is a vast undertaking.  Learning to not take things personally when people get emotional; not needing to feed your ego and allowing people to learn for themselves; being humble enough to step back and let some one else more qualified take over in the best interest of the horse or human; staying focused on the overall goal - to help others – if things are a bit hard at times; and being prepared to get out of your comfort zone are all a part of this most rewarding of careers.

PRE REQUISITES

All Quantum Savvy Professional courses require a minimum of official graduation of Level 3 to apply.  Specific details are listed with the actual item on the following pages.

REQUIREMENTS

All QS Professionals are required to attend a minimum of at least 1 Ultimate Horse Course prior to endorsement.  This course will teach you about yourself, other people, dealing with others, goal setting and achieving success.  This course can be done before or after initial training, however, full endorsement will not be granted until the course is completed successfully.

All QS Professionals are required to attend annual team update and business training at the Professionals Conference.

Refresher training is required either annually or biannually depending on the course. 

POSSIBILITIES FOR ADVANCEMENT

Each Professional, upon first successfully completing training, will be granted Entry Level status.  This is a bit like having a learner"s permit and allows you to perform your duties and develop your skills at the same time.  This is as much for your benefit as for your clients.  It allows you a grace period where you can work without the expectations of customers being unrealistic; and to grow and improve as you gain experience.

FEE STRUCTURE

As all QS Professionals are a part of a team that provides a consistent service world wide, certain standards apply.  As well as the personal and professional standards previously listed, group sizes and prices are also set and determined by your Professional Status.  Specific details are listed separately and available to all QS Professionals.

THE PROGRAMME

All Professionals are required to have intimate knowledge of the programme and to work with in its parameters.  If you have ideas and ways to improve the programme, we encourage you to share these with us so that we may implement them for all.
